Meet the Founder
AP Management was founded by Anthony Principe — a brand strategist, operator, and relationship-first dealmaker with deep experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, and talent growth.
After years of working closely with brands, campaigns, and creator partnerships, Anthony saw the same gap again and again: too many talented creators were being underserved by representation that felt reactive, transactional, or spread too thin. Deals were being made, but long-term careers were not being built with the level of strategy, care, and business support they deserved.
That’s why he built AP Management.
Anthony founded the company to offer a more hands-on, high-trust model of representation where creators have a real partner in their corner. Someone who not only helps secure the right opportunities, but also protects their time, strengthens their positioning, supports smarter decision-making, and helps them build a more profitable, sustainable business over time.
His approach is rooted in strategy, professionalism, and genuine partnership.
